Data Retention

Personal information is retained only as long as needed and auto-deleted after 90 consecutive days of inactivity. Anonymized usage data may persist for analytics.

International Transfers

Personal information may be processed outside your country. We use TLS 1.2+ encryption and contractual safeguards to ensure comparable protection regardless of processing location.

Disclosure Requirements

We may disclose data for business transactions, law enforcement, or safety (fraud prevention, harm prevention). Only minimum necessary data is shared.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law, generally within 72 hours where feasible.
